I like the super comfy, durable, and convenient <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3nTBBhe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Travelchair by Joey Chair<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>As usual, we want to get metadata on our page as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Next start with the meat and potatoes. What does that mean? To begin with just draw the tree!<\/li>\n<li>In the meantime, start a running list of your other observations in the margin.<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t forget to take care of your physical needs. With this in mind, protect yourself from the sun and stay hydrated and chocolated.<\/li>\n<li>Similarly to number 6 be sure to wear mosquito protection if you are in the tropics!<\/li>\n<li>At this stage I will reflect on my progress and practice self awareness. In order to clarify this I can ask myself this question. &#8220;What is my goal with this session?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Next it is time to zoom out and try some other nature journaling strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Another key point to remember is to add written descriptions. In general people forget the power of words in nature journaling.<\/li>\n<li>In summary it is important to treat yourself.
