DESCRIPTION:Come see Spring Lake with new eyes. We will learn tips and tricks for depicting landscapes that include water\, that trickiest of subjects. We will also practice drawing birds and how to get their proportions accurately. \nBring sketching and watercolor supplies\, binoculars\, and a potluck lunch to share. A hat\, sun gear\, foldable chair or stool might also be useful. Be prepared to enjoy nature and learn with like minded people. \nWe will meet at 10am at the food stand at the Violetti Road entrance. Look for people standing around with sketchbooks. Potluck lunch around 12. \n$20 recommended donation for the club. \nNote: this is a regional park and they charge for parking in the lot. If you choose you can park outside the gate on Violetti road and walk in.
